BetRivers Poker Introduces ‘Splash the Pot’ for All Cash Game Stakes

BetRivers Poker has unveiled Splash the Pot, a new cash game feature that randomly drops bonus money into pots, adding extra excitement and value to every hand. Inspired by the popular Run It Once platform founded by Phil Galfond, this feature is now live across all BetRivers Poker cash games.

How Splash the Pot Works

At the start of randomly selected hands, extra money appears in the pot before any betting begins. Players then proceed with the hand as usual, with the eventual winner taking the bonus cash along with the regular pot. Visual cues, including gold pot displays and enhanced table effects, highlight these special hands, while hand histories break down player contributions versus splash amounts.

BIG SPLASH: Table-Wide Bonus Action

BetRivers Poker also introduces BIG SPLASH, a rare table-wide event where all players see face-up hands, the board runs automatically, and no betting occurs. The best hand takes the majority of the prize, while the remaining bonus is shared among the table, turning a regular hand into a high-energy shared cash moment.

Jason Senti, Head of Poker at BetRivers Poker, commented:

“Splash the Pot adds a dynamic element to cash games, creates real moments of excitement, and rewards all players at the table in a way that supports the long-term health of the overall ecosystem.”

Jesse Wilke, Director of Poker Marketing, added:

“You’re playing the same cash games you always do, and suddenly there’s extra money in the pot that anyone can win. It adds energy, rewards engagement, and gives players something extra to play for. We’re excited to have Splash the Pot live and plan to layer on even more excitement with future promotions.”

With Splash the Pot and BIG SPLASH, BetRivers Poker is transforming standard cash games into electrifying experiences, offering players extra incentives and memorable table moments across all stakes.
