GGPoker Launches Ocean Rewards

GGPoker Launches Ocean Rewards: A Smarter, Higher-Paying Loyalty Program

GGPoker is set to overhaul its player loyalty system with the launch of Ocean Rewards on January 30, replacing the long-running Fish Buffet program. The revamped system promises simpler mechanics, long-term stability, and bigger rewards for players of all levels.

With Ocean Rewards, players can now earn up to 80% cashback, up from the previous 60% cap, while the program shifts away from short-term challenges toward rewarding consistent play over time. All existing players will automatically receive a free tier upgrade as part of the transition.

Key Features of Ocean Rewards

  1. Higher Cashback: Players can unlock up to 80% cashback, with improved earning rates across all tiers.
  2. Guaranteed Yearly Status: Tier status is now locked until the end of the following year, providing stability and peace of mind.
  3. Simplified Earning: Players accumulate Tide Points and Gems through gameplay. As tiers rise—from Fish to Shark—Gem earnings accelerate, rewarding loyal engagement.

The transition is seamless: on January 30, all Fish Buffet rewards will automatically convert to Ocean Rewards, and accounts will be upgraded to their new tier without any action required.

Sarne Lightman, GGPoker Managing Director, emphasized the player-focused approach:

“With Ocean Rewards, we are taking our commitment to players to the next level. We wanted to move away from the short-term grind and create a program that truly honors loyalty with long-term security. By offering guaranteed yearly status and raising the cashback ceiling to an industry-leading 80%, we ensure that every player—casual or professional—gets more value than ever before. This is the evolution of rewards our community deserves.”

Ocean Rewards marks a major step forward for GGPoker’s loyalty offerings, combining simplicity, stability, and higher payouts for players worldwide.
